Tariffs
The Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority is a quasi-government agency established under Ohio law (Chapter 4582 of the Ohio Revised Code). All powers exercised by the Port Authority—including those outlined in this Tariff—are considered essential governmental functions of the State of Ohio.
The rates, rules, and regulations governing Port Authority facilities within the Port of Cleveland are published in this Tariff, issued under the authority of the Port Authority’s Board of Directors.
The Port Authority may amend this Tariff, or any portion of it, at any time. Before adopting any amendments, the Board will provide ten (10) days’ advance notice to any party that has requested such notice in writing. Whenever possible, updates to the Tariff will take effect on a calendar-year basis.
