Request for Bids: Cleveland Harbor Electrification Initiative - Mobile Charging System

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Directors that Request for Bids (RFB) Responses along with a Sealed Bid will be received by the Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority for the:
CLEVELAND HARBOR ELECTRIFICATION
The successful respondent will supply the equipment outlined in the Request for Bids. The work consists of supplying one 50 kW DC power mobile charging system and associated warranties in accordance with the specifications outlined in the RFB.
Responses will be received at the office of the Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority, Attention: Matthew Steele via email at matthew.steele@portofcleveland.com with copy to Mandy Bishop via email at mbishop@forward-momentum.com until 4:00pm EST on September 10, 2026.
Electronic bid package and specifications (“Bid Packet”) will be available by request. Contact Mandy Bishop at mbishop@forward-momentum.com with copy to Matthew Steele via email at matthew.steele@portofcleveland.com to obtain a copy of the packet.
Responses must include the content requested in the Bid Packet and leverage specific forms for aspects of the response.
THE PORT AUTHORITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL RESPONSES, TO WAIVE ANY TECHNICALITIES, TO REQUEST ADDITIONAL RESPONSES AND TO OTHERWISE PROCEED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BEST INTEREST OF THE PORT AUTHORITY.
Any Bid may be withdrawn or amended prior to the closing time for the receipt of the Bids. If any Bidder has questions, they should contact Mandy Bishop via email at
mbishop@forward-momentum.com with copy to Matthew Steele via email at matthew.steele@portofcleveland.com . All questions must be received by 4:00pm EST, August 25, 2026.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL THE PORT AUTHORITY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED BY ANY RESPONDENT IN RESPONDING TO THIS REQUEST FOR BIDS.
The successful Bidder will be required to enter into a contract with the Port Authority based upon the materials submitted and any mutually agreeable negotiations completed
between the parties.
