Paul Hoogenboom

Paul Hoogenboom was appointed to the Board of Directors by the Mayor of the City of Cleveland in 2010, and re-appointed in 2014 and 2018.

Mr. Hoogenboom became Group President of Tremco Incorporated in July 2013. The Tremco Group is comprised of three businesses: Tremco Barrier Solutions, Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance and Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing. It is an operating company of RPM International Inc. (NYSE: RPM). Prior to becoming President of the Tremco Group, Mr. Hoogenboom, was Senior Vice President – Manufacturing and Operations, Chief Information Officer of RPM, a position he was elected to in October 2006. In this capacity, Mr. Hoogenboom’s responsibilities included oversight of worldwide manufacturing and logistics processes, EH&S, inventory and property asset management, and the supporting capital investment. He also managed corporate-wide sourcing consolidation programs. In his CIO capacity, Mr. Hoogenboom oversaw the executive information systems management team. He joined RPM in 1999 to head its e-commerce subsidiary, RPM-e/c, Inc. (since merged into RPM International Inc.). In October 2000, he was elected to Vice President – Operations and Systems, and in October 2001 to Vice President – Operations and CIO. Mr. Hoogenboom was formerly a Director with Cap Gemini, where he managed business development with major clients in the manufacturing, distribution, retail and financial services sectors. Prior, he worked in numerous technology management positions, both in-house for global manufacturing companies such as A.W. Chesterton and Burndy, as well as for large-scale system integrators such as Lockheed and Sperry (now Unisys). Mr. Hoogenboom is a 1982 graduate of Colgate University with a BA in both Computer Science and Mathematics. He is on the board of the Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority. He lives in Hudson, Ohio with his wife, Carolyn Seymour.
