Patricia Ramsey, Vice-Chair

Patricia Ramsey was appointed to the Board of Directors by the Mayor of the City of Cleveland in 2016.  She most recently served as Secretary/Fiscal Officer from 2017 – 2019.  Ms. Ramsey was elected Vice-Chair on March 7, 2019.

Patricia Ramsey is Vice President of Community and Economic Development for Fifth Third Bank in Northeastern Ohio. She supports the Bank’s Community Development initiatives and compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act and Fair and Responsible Lending. Pat has more than 30 years experience in community and economic development roles within the financial services industry, most recently with U.S. Bank, where she served as Vice President and Community Affairs Manager. In this role, she managed community outreach and development activities for Northeastern Ohio and Columbus, Ohio which included establishing partnerships and projects delivering bank access to families, small businesses, and communities. Pat received her Bachelor of Art degree in Urban & Environmental Studies from Case Western Reserve University and her Master of Business Administration degree from the Case Western Reserve University, Weatherhead School of Management Pat also is a Trustee with the Center for Dialysis Care, Cleveland Citywide Development Corporation and the Village Capital Corporation. In addition, Pat is an Advisory Board Member for MOTTEP and 211/First Call for Help, and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. She is a Board Member and past Board Chair with the Urban League of Greater Cleveland, and previously served as a Director with the Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority. Pat and her husband, Ron, have two grown daughters and a grandson.
