Port of Cleveland Welcomes New Board Member Eddie Taylor, Jr.

The Port of Cleveland is proud to welcome Eddie Taylor, Jr., recently appointed by Cleveland Mayor, Justin Bibb, to our Board of Directors.

Eddie Taylor, Jr. is CEO of Taylor Oswald, a joint venture with Oswald Companies, part of Unison Risk Advisors. Under his leadership, Taylor Oswald has become the largest minority-owned insurance brokerage firm in Ohio. He also brings broad entrepreneurial experience, having owned and operated businesses in industries including warehousing and distribution.

A Northeast Ohio native and graduate of Allegheny College, Eddie is a highly engaged civic leader. He currently serves on the board of University Hospitals Health System and is actively involved with the Greater Cleveland Partnership and the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission. He also completed the Executive MBA Program at the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management and continues to engage in a range of entrepreneurial ventures that contribute to the economic vitality of the region.
