Capacity Study

The Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority commissioned TranSystems Corp. to assist in evaluating the current capacity of existing port facilities, including the docks 20-32 east of the Cuyahoga River and the Cleveland Bulk Terminal, west of the river. This study assisted the Port Authority and its planning partners, the city, county and other regional and local planning and development agencies in evaluating the impact of reducing some of the Port Authority's cargo-handling facilities to provide development and increased public access opportunities along the waterfront.
