Harbour Point Business Park is a mixed-use business park situated in the industrial development corridor of the City of Vermillion. The park is comprised of 2 parcels adjacent to the Ford Motor Company Sub-zone in Lorain, Ohio and approx. 10 miles from the Ford Sub-zone in Avon Lake. Recent infra- structure improvements to this warehousing and distribution facility make it a strategic location for automotive suppliers.

Approx. 150 Acres of logistics-focused park with commercial support campus located on the Northwest corner of Baumhart Road and Rt. 2 and accessible via I-80 or I-90 and local Cleveland Hopkins and Lorain County airports as well as Norfolk Southern rail in the vicinity.
