The Port’s 2011 Strategic Action Plan represents a historic pivot and positions the Port to deliver on community ambitions for job creation, economic vitality, and waterfront renewal.

We are aggressively pursuing growth in our maritime and development finance programs, and taking an unprecedented role to sustain and spur investment in Cleveland’s historic lake-and-river district. Our focus is on maximizing the Port’s benefit to the community, and we are committed to working collaboratively with the City of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, and other stakeholders.
